Bank and Payment Details

Please complete the Enrolment Form and press SUBMIT to book your place. A deposit of £200 is required once your booking has been confirmed. A place can only be guaranteed once this deposit has been received. The balance of course fees, along with any payment for transfers, is payable six weeks before the course begins.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and you should ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you against any loss arising from your inability to travel.

Once we have received your booking, you will be sent a confirmation of your child's place on the course and an invoice detailing your course fees and the deposit, which must be paid on receipt of the invoice. A second invoice for the remainder of your fees will be issued eight weeks before the commencement of the course and MUST be paid within 14 days of the date of issue. If you apply less than ten weeks before the commencement of the course, you will be invoiced for the full amount.

New Forest Language School will not be responsible for bank charges incurred in the transfer of fees.

Please inform your bank that you will pay ALL bank transfer charges both in your own country and in England.
